2. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and completing payment for orders placed. All sales are final unless the product is significantly different from its description.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must accurately describe their products, fulfil orders in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable Rwandan laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Items
The sale of illegal, counterfeit, or dangerous goods is strictly prohibited. AllNest reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute between a buyer and vendor, AllNest may assist in mediation but is not liable for the outcome. Contact us via our Help Center.
6. Changes to Terms
AllNest may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
